Life comes to a point which gives itself a turn,
A turn that will choose your destiny.
With the amalgamation of wisdom and thoughts,
Embellish it with peace and serenity.
Don’t rot your life by storing woes,
Move on, this is just the first step.
The future’s all for you, grab it.
Do not let deception cause any misstep.
Drop all your defenses, clear the path.
Surrender to the truth and trust.
Walk on till you reach the pinnacle of bliss,
That’s an obligatory must.
Your fate’s in those clenched fists, not palms,
The past agony and despairs, should we forget.
Dejection is a part of life,
But life’s too short to regret.
Cling on to the branch of vivacity;
Add the shades of sparkle, smile, and bloom.
Strike the matches of life and of hope,
To dispel the darkening gloom.
Do not give a look behind,
To the tragedies of times forgone.
Turn over a new leaf;
It’s time to move on.
