Self Reflection – By Pranshi Gupta

Edited By – Akash Goel

Sometimes a reflection can be a mirror.
What we see in others is often a reflection of us.
Whether the person’s behavior is of that intent or not, what is coming up for us and what we are seeing in them is a reflection of our own thoughts.

What you think,
 you become.
What you feel,
you attract.
What you imagine,
you create.
                                                        – Buddha
Everything we see brings with it the opportunity to see ourselves inside of it , if we are willing to look closely. When we see a negative reflection of something, we  feel anger or downhearted. When we see a positive reflection of something, we feel excited or motivated.
Nowadays,  people are so lost in their busy schedule that they forget who they are. It is very important to remember who we are. At least once in a week, we need to unplug from everybody and everything and focus on questions about our goals, our behavior, and our general state of mind.
This helps one to make sure that we are in touch with our soul.
“Self-reflection is not spending hours to scrutinize your looks. Self-reflection makes us to understand what is important and focus on what might be done differently.”
