The most awaited event started with our honourable director Dr. Dhanya Pramod’s motivating speech. She spoke on the success stories of various entrepreneur & their seamless efforts to make it a success. Chief guests for the event was – Mr. Prasanth, Miss Shewta Chirvi & Mr. Nilesh Gandhi. Mr. Nilesh has 18 years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, software development & quality assurance. He is currently working as managing partner in Third I Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. & leverages his extensive experience in managing distributed project delivery to support the overall offshore delivery operations for Third I’s global clients. Shweta leads HR department and has been instrumental in setting up all the shared services teams for Third I. Mr. Prasanth is a digital marketer at B2B corporate , a food entrepreneur who has been a pioneer in laying the foundation of ‘Ancient Hyderabad ’restaurant in Pune
Mr. Nilesh threw light on the emerging field of startups worldwide citing their success as well as failure stories to give a bigger picture. His advice to the youth – Work for smaller companies initially to understand the working of a business in reality & three driving techniques to become a successful entrepreneur: be passionate about your ideas, consult your mentor time to time for suggestions & improvements and make it well executable. Following this inspirational speech, Dr. Dhanya felicities Mr. Nitesh with a bouquet as token of appreciation. Mr. Prasanth is a b.tech from NIIT Trichy & an MBA from IIM Lucknow, he gave insights on the practical aspects for setting up startups. Nothing comes free, so be a visionary & set forward goals keeping profits in mind – this is what Mr. Prasanth had to say. “ZEIT”<Zeal of Entrepreneur to innovate and transform> –in sync with its theme, ITELF kick started with the its first competition ‘Avviare’ which was a case-study presentation on the ‘Food & Beverage industry of Third(i)’.Enthusiastic participants from various colleges delivered the presentation with great efforts & increased the level of competition.
